1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using EV Markets you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to use EV Markets.

2. Description of service

EV Markets is a paid trading education community. Membership includes access to educational video curriculum, live group calls, trade reviews, and a Discord community. EV Markets is an educational service only and does not provide brokerage, investment management, or personalized financial advice.

3. Subscriptions and billing

We offer the following membership tiers, billed and processed through our payment partner Whop:

• Free — limited access at no cost.
• Monthly — $79.99 per month, billed every 30 days. A one-time $20 course access fee is added to the first monthly payment.
• Yearly — $59.99 per month equivalent, billed once annually.

All payments are processed by Whop. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months or unused time. The one-time $20 course access fee is non-refundable once curriculum access has been granted.

5. Acceptable use policy

You agree not to share your account credentials, redistribute our content, scrape or copy our materials, promote competing services in our community, or use the platform for any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All content provided through EV Markets — including videos, written materials, strategies, frameworks, and trade reviews — is owned by EV Markets and protected by intellectual property laws. Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own educational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any of our content without prior written permission.

7. Risk disclaimer (trading)

All content provided by EV Markets is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we share constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any losses you incur.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Markets, its affiliates, and its team members are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including any trading losses. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of EV Markets after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
