EV Markets (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the trading education community available at evmarkets.com. When you sign up through our checkout partner Whop, we receive limited account information including your name and email address. We do not collect or store any payment card details — all payment data is handled directly by Whop.

2. How we use it

We use the information we receive to provide access to our educational content and Discord community, to communicate with you about your membership, to respond to support requests, and to improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-party services

We rely on the following third-party providers to deliver our service. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Whop — checkout, billing, subscription management, and account provisioning.
• Discord — community platform where members access chat, calls, and content (provisioned through Whop).
• Analytics — we may use standard website analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns. These tools do not receive your payment information.

4. Cookies & first-party analytics

Our website uses essential storage required for basic functionality. With your consent, we also run our own first-party analytics — the data stays on our infrastructure and is never sold or shared for advertising.

What we record when you accept:

• A random, anonymous visitor ID and session ID stored in your browser. It is not linked to your name, email or any account.
• Pages viewed, scroll depth, time actively spent on the page, buttons and links clicked, FAQ opens and clicks on checkout links.
• Where you came from: referring website and UTM campaign parameters, plus a coarse traffic-source label derived from that referrer (e.g. YouTube, Google, Discord, or Direct / unknown).
• Device type, browser, operating system and country (derived from your network connection, we do not store your IP address).
• Whether a checkout link was opened and, when our checkout partner reports it, whether a purchase was confirmed.

We do not use fingerprinting, cross-site tracking, advertising networks, or any profiling of identifiable individuals. We never record passwords, payment details, or private message content. You can decline analytics in the consent banner, or clear your browser storage at any time to reset your anonymous ID.

5. Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
